Who we are

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me,” your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Overview

If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase for a refund (Items must be unused and have all original packaging, tags, and protective plastics intact and undamaged to be accepted for a full refund).  A fee for Return & Exchange through UPS or US mail are $7 per package for U.S domestic return & exchange (INTERNATIONAL return & exchange fee is $45), and request must send to our customer service at cs@byondjoy.com for pre-paid label. *** Exception applies for Christmas time (Return/replacement period is 60 days for order placed during November 1st – December 31st)***

  • Items must be unused and have all original packaging, tags, and protective plastics intact and undamaged to be accepted for a refund.
  • All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item(s).
  • Items returned missing parts/packaging may have a restocking fee deducted from any refund if applicable up to 30%.
  • Items that have been resized, damaged, or altered after initial delivery will not be accepted for return.
  • Returns are processed within 24-48 hours of arrival at our office.
  • All merchandise should be returned with a tracking number and using a trackable shipping method.
  • Packages returned to us by courier due to incomplete/incorrect address, unable to forward, unclaimed, or refused will be charged for original shipping (but not a restocking fee).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund (we will deduct $7 for prepaid return label from your refund amount) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at CS@byondjoy.com.
