How do I make a return or exchange?

If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund. You can start return process from your order history and make your return by mail.

What do you charge for shipping?

All shipping is free, but when you return for exchange and refund, all returning shipping has flat shipping charge of $7.00. For detail shipping options, costs, and delivery times, please visit our Shipping Information page.

How do I track my package?

Visit Order Status to check the status of your shipment(s). If you deleted or did not receive an email with tracking information, contact us and we’ll be glad to help.

How do I redeem a promo code?

Click “Add Promo Code” in your Shopping Bag. Enter your code and click “Redeem.” Your savings will be applied to your order. You can also enter a promo code on the Payment Options screen during checkout.
