Shipping Rates
Beyond Joy Gifts LLC offers the following standard shipping rates:

Free-shipping eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes.
The Alaska and Hawaii shipping charge is $14.95 total per order, replacing the $6.95 standard charge. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii do not qualify for the $75 free-shipping offer.
These rates apply to standard shipping. Any expedited options and additional charges, when available, are displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Processing
Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
During busy holiday periods, processing may take longer. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated standard delivery times after shipment are:
- 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC: 3–7 business days.
- Alaska and Hawaii: 5–10 business days.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. These estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, remote delivery locations, and holiday volume may affect arrival dates.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the 50 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently offer shipping to international destinations or U.S. territories.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Shipping Addresses and Order Changes
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
If you need to correct an address or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, appears lost, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. We will help investigate with the carrier and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, email CS@byondjoy.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Please retain the packaging while we investigate.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If a package is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal, failure to claim it, or inability to forward it, the actual original shipping cost and any carrier return charges may be deducted from the refund—even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.
These deductions do not apply when the delivery problem resulted from an error by Beyond Joy.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is separate from the shipping rates above.
- U.S. change-of-mind returns: An $8 prepaid return-label fee applies per package and is deducted from the refund or store credit.
- International change-of-mind returns for previously placed international orders: Customers arrange and pay for tracked return shipping.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Beyond Joy covers the required return-shipping cost.
